Certification is the assessment — the Love of Workplace Index® survey + SPARK score that determines whether you earn the Most Loved Workplace® mark. CertCheck is the public verification surface where anyone can confirm a certification in one click.
Do I need to do anything to get a Workplace Report?
No additional work. Once certified, the Workplace Report is AI-written from your validated MLW data and BPI research. You can review and request edits, but the heavy lifting is handled for you.
